Sustainability Metrics and Reporting Frameworks
Master capacities for impactful, honest and inclusive sustainability reporting
This course provides an in-depth exploration of sustainability reporting practices, focusing on how organizations communicate their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Students will learn about key frameworks and standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). The course will also examine how to integrate less-studied but important aspects of social sustainability, inclusivity and equity into sustainability metrics, and highlight the importance of doing so through case studies. The course covers the processes of data collection, analysis, and presentation of sustainability in diverse workplace settings. This course is crucial for those aiming to enhance corporate and foundation sustainability practices.
