This course looks at the function of organisations that are public and not-profit and evaluates their performance. It does so by assessing organisations’ internal and external environment and identifying the strategic issues it faces, while formulating strategies to align goals and missions and management systems. This course will help you better equipped to deal with the nature of any organisation you choose to work in in the field of public policy.
