A workshop course

Management professionals in the social sector need to have a set of general and contemporary skills in effective communication, fundraising, and understanding compliance requirements such as
Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), The POSH Act, or the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 etc. This course includes four modules offered in a workshop mode to build a few general skills such as internal and external communication, fundraising, governance and compliance. Each module will be of fifteen hours duration. The workshop course will spread over three weeks between terms two and three. The workshop course will focus on
hands-on learning of the general skills, which will also hone some of the analytical skills.
