Belly Dance
Students learn to focus while moving freely, having fun and enjoying the process
This course is designed in a simple way for those who never had any experience in belly dance or even dance in general. They will learn about the origin and history of belly dance, techniques involving hips, torso, arms, shoulder, different shimmy techniques and travelling steps that create dynamic and engaging movements.
The practice and drills within the class of this style will help bring similar focus towards the day with a similar energy that will help in cultivating the focus. They will be learning different combinations and final choreography by the end of the semester.
