Rishu has a postgraduate degree in Management from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.

He has over 14 years of experience in procurement in different fields like mining (ferrous alloys), refractory industry (alumina bricks), infrastructure and various building construction projects like educational institute buildings, hospitals, industrial buildings and sheds, real estate building construction projects, 3D volumetric precast concrete construction, railway station buildings, farmer facilitation centres, etc.

He has led the procurement of raw materials, machinery, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, furniture, facilities, etc for the above projects in different states of India. 

He has worked with Sagar Group, Bhopal, and Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt Ltd, Surat in the past.
