Biography
Nitesh holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB-HRM) and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Bengaluru, Karnataka, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT‑K Surathkal, Mangaluru, Karnataka.
Before joining the University, he worked with Accenture Strategy in Bengaluru, Karnataka as a Management Consulting Analyst specialising in organisational change; and with GAIL (India) Ltd in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh as a Senior Engineer (Petrochemical Maintenance – Mechanical Engineering). He has also done short stints in Bajaj Auto Ltd. in Waluj, Maharashtra and Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute in Durgapur, West Bengal.
