Ram is the Director of School of Policy and Governance at the University.
Ram teaches Law and Justice in a Globalizing World and Comparative Public Law/Systems of Governance. He joins us from Glocal University, Uttar Pradesh where he was the Vice Chancellor. Prior to that, he was briefly a Visiting Professor at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and for much longer periods a Professor at the Centre for Culture and Society and at the National Law School of India, Bangalore.
The course contributes to the debates on ethical questions in the wake of contemporary science and technology developments, and the consequent challenges to the public policy and governance/regulation issues in our times.

What do public policy and public administration in India consist of? What is the architecture and rationale of public authority and administrative practices? What is the nature and scope of the bureaucracy?
