Seminar 1 2

The Hamara Samvidhaan Hamara Samman” initiative was formally inaugurated on 24 January 2024, by the Hon’ble Vice President of India at the Dr BR Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi. This campaign seeks to improve public comprehension of the Constitution and foster awareness of legal rights and obligations.

The Fundamental Duties of citizens were enumerated in the 42nd Constitutional Amendment, which was enacted in 1976. Article 51 A’, located in Part IV of the Constitution, addresses these Fundamental Duties. It mandates that citizens adhere to the Constitution, uphold and promote the principles that motivated India’s struggle for independence, defend the nation, provide service to the country when necessary, and cultivate a spirit of harmony and fraternity while respecting linguistic, regional, and class differences.
