Understanding National Curricular Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023
A workshop for school leaders and principals
The National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF) was developed based on the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to enable its implementation. The NCF’s overarching objective is to help positively transform India’s school education system as envisioned in NEP 2020 through corresponding positive changes in the curriculum, including pedagogy.
Azim Premji University, Bhopal, invites all School Heads and Principals to “National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) — 2023” workshop on January 15, 2024. The three – hour workshop aims to have a constructive dialogue with school leaders around the framework, ideas, shifts and perspectives.
Key objectives
- Build familiarity with the NCF-SE 2023 and motivation to read further.
- Discuss the implications of the changes indicated in the NCF-SE for schools.
- Discuss the school leaders’ role in creating an enabling environment for these changes.
Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will receive a Certificate of participation.
