We invite you to a seminar organised by Association For Democratic Reforms (ADR).
A Narayana, faculty member, Azim Premji University and Trilochan Sastry, Chairman, Founder Member, and Trustee of ADR will be discussing the following topics in the seminar:
- Factors behind the continuing victory of the two ‘Ms’ i.e. Money and Muscle
- Focus on the origin of such factors and whether they are here to stay in the coming future
- Sluggish pace of electoral/political reforms and discuss the role of political parties in this regard
- Measures that could be taken to ensure timely implementation of various recommendations proposed by ECI, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), and other agencies for electoral/political reforms which would strengthen our democracy
- Importance of informed voting
- Role of youth in strengthening democracy
- Use of MyNeta to be an informed voter
