This 40-credit programme provides participants with the knowledge, capacities, values, and dispositions required for planning, designing, and utilising assessments to foster a positive shift in assessment culture.

The diploma is structured as four certificate programmes addressing diverse aspects of educational assessment. It caters to teachers, teacher educators, curriculum developers, textbook writers, and professionals from NGOs and research organisations.

Note: Certificate of completion will be awarded to participants.

Grounded in the vision of competency-based assessment envisioned in NEP 2020 and NCF-SE, this 12-week, 10-credit programme prepares item writers, moderators, evaluators, and teachers to design valid, reliable, and fair assessments aligned with curricular goals and subject-specific aims.

The programme combines theoretical understanding with hands-on practice in assessment item and question paper design.

Note: Certificate of completion will be awarded to participants.

This nine-week blended professional development programme is designed for government school teachers and teacher educators and is offered in collaboration with state education departments.

The programme aims to build teachers’ confidence and fluency in spoken English through interactive, anxiety-free learning environments, while also strengthening mentoring capacities.

Note: Certificate of completion will be awarded to participants.

This 12-week, 10-credit hybrid programme aims to develop a pool of skilled textbook writers and reviewers capable of creating contextualised and high-quality learning materials.

Designed for textbook writers, teachers, teacher educators, curriculum developers, and representatives from institutions such as SCERTs, DIETs, NGOs, and education boards, the programme builds both theoretical and practical understanding of curriculum, syllabus, pedagogy, and textbook design.

Note: Certificate of completion will be awarded to participants.

It is important to understand schools as part of a larger educational ecosystem, with distinct administrative and management functions. This is particularly important for key stakeholders who operate beyond the classroom context.

This 12-week, 10-credit hybrid certificate programme attempts to build a foundational understanding of the educational landscape, including its historical, social, and policy dimensions. It introduces participants to the principles of competency-based education as outlined in NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), while also examining the roles of key institutions.

Additionally, it enhances the areas of personal effectiveness and supports the development of leadership capacities with a clear vision for inclusive and effective school environments.

Note: Certificate of completion will be awarded to participants.

This three-five day on-demand programme is designed to strengthen the leadership capacities of heads of institutions, education officers, SCERT/DIET faculty, and teacher educators.

It engages participants with themes such as understanding the learner, competency-based pedagogy and assessment, supportive supervision, crisis management, school culture, and effective school processes, while enabling them to design actionable plans for inclusive school improvement, student well-being, and continuous teacher professional development.

Note: Certificate of participation will be awarded to participants.
