Sudha has been working in the field of Special Education for the last nine years. Prior to joining the University, she worked with Aarambh as a Special Educator, teaching language and communication skills.

She has worked with Trusts wherein she was responsible for streamlining the various academic and therapy sessions for children with special needs. 

She has also worked with a school in preparing a comprehensive curriculum for Pre- NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) students, covering academic and non-academic domains. 

She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and has an experience of over 15 years in the areas of Internal Audit and Process Management across various corporates, including the Banking and Insurance sectors.

At present, she is a part of an NGO where she counsels students on areas of life skills.
