Shobhna holds a Master’s degree and is an MPhil in Ancient History from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, as well as a Master’s degree in Anthropology from Stanford University, California. 

Previously, Shobhna worked as a copyeditor and has freelanced for Dorling Kindersley, Outlook Travellers, Catch News, and Navayana.

In her free time, she enjoys writing and baking.
