Prior to joining the University, Shivani worked as a Counsellor in SISTec College, Bhopal.

She started her career as a value banker in branch banking operations at HDFC Bank Ltd., Bhopal. Later, she worked as a Customer Service Officer in branch banking operations at HDFC Bank Ltd., Bhopal. 

She completed her Master’s Degree in Computers and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. 

During her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, gardening, baking, and cycling.
