Ridhi Roy is a part of the Alumni Office team.

Prior to joining the foundation, she has worked as a teacher, a facilitator, briefly as a recruiter and with a bank. This gave her an opportunity to work with varied age groups and in diverse environments enriching her experience along the way. Her previous role as a quizzer with Walnut Knowledge Solutions had her conducting quizzing workshops based on the school curriculum, current affairs and general awareness across many schools of Bangalore on a weekly basis. They were interactive sessions with children of different age groups from Grade 1 up to Grade 9.

She did her Master’s in Business Administration, in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and her graduation in Political Science and Economics, from Patna University.
