Ridhi is part of the School of Education contributing to the Field Practice component for the MA Education programme in Bangalore campus.  She had earleir contributed to the Alumni function at the University for 4 years.

Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as a teacher, a facilitator, briefly as a recruiter and with a bank. This gave her an opportunity to work with varied age groups and in diverse environments enriching her experience along the way. Her previous role as a quizzer with Walnut Knowledge Solutions had her conducting quizzing workshops based on the school curriculum, current affairs and general awareness across many schools of Bangalore on a weekly basis. They were interactive sessions with children of different age groups from Grade 1 up to Grade 9.

She did her Master’s in Business Administration, in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and her graduation in Political Science and Economics, from Patna University.
