Manoj is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Azim Premji University. He has been with the Azim Premji Foundation since the inception of the University and has been involved with all aspects of the University operations. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked in the corporate sector handling program management and operations responsibilities in the Aerospace, IT and Automotive organizations.
