Mahima has worked most recently in Alokit, a grassroots organization that works in school leadership development in India. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business, she has an experience of around 6 years in the corporate sector in varied capacities including communications and content writing, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and software development. In 2020, she quit her corporate career and transitioned to the development sector. 

Mahima is also passionate about Performing Arts; she learns and performs Odissi, an Indian classical dance form, under the guidance of her teacher, Sohini Bose.
