Kavitha Gladys is a part of the Centre for Positive Mental Health & Well-being.

Kavitha has a total work experience of 10 years. She joins us from Christ Junior College, Bengaluru where she was working as a Psyschological Counsellor. She started her career as an Academic Counsellor at IMS Learning Resources, Bengaluru. In her last job, she was involved in handling workshops, conducting awareness programs, providing support & guidance for the students and focusing on individual, group & family therapy.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Bangalore University and a Master’s degree in Human Development from Central Institute of Home Science, Bengaluru. She has also completed a certification course on Guidance and Counselling from Christ University, Bengaluru.
