Izharuddin Qureshi has 15 years of experience in designing, managing and implementing social development projects across North and Central Indian states. 

His expertise spans various sectors, including agriculture extension, rural and urban governance, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) social audits, and working with migrant workers at source and destination sites. He has managed public health programmes related to Maternal, Child Health and Nutrition, Adolescent Health, Tuberculosis, Sexual Reproductive Health, Health Facility Quality Assurance and common Cancer Screening and Treatment. 

He has been associated with NGOs, Research Institutes, CSR implementation and held pivotal roles such as Research Associate, Senior Programme Officer, Programme Manager, State Coordinator and Regional Manager in different organisations. 

Izhar has an MPhil degree in Social Sciences from Baba Saheb Ambedkar National Institute of Social Sciences, Mhow, and an MA in Social Work from Indore School of Social Work (ISSW) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. He graduated in Communication and Journalism from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
