Biography
Eveleen has a PhD in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of California, Davis, United States. She has a Master’s degree and an MPhil degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, New Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University, Regional Campus, Jalandhar, Punjab.
She has earlier worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd., Pune, as a programmer analyst and with the Hindu BusinessLine, Chennai, as a sub-editor. She has also worked as an instructor at the University of California, Davis, United States.
Her research interests include urban spaces, infrastructures, media, urban citizenship, digital technologies, design, and mobilities.
She enjoys jogging, dancing, and poetry.
