GIS, Remote Sensing, Urban and Environmental Planning
Enakshi is a member of the School of Development and also works with the Mapping Lab at the University. Her work involves teaching and research in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Mapping and Remote Sensing for Sustainability.
Prior to joining Azim Premji University, she was working as a Research Associate in CEPT University, Ahmedabad and Divecha Centre of Climate Change, Centre of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She was also working as a Senior Research Fellow in the Transportation Sector, Civil Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of GIS, Mapping and Remote Sensing.
She has a master’s degree in Geoinformatics from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and holds a degree in Bachelors of Electrical Engineering degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
