Biography
Ekhanee manages digital communications and outreach at the University, across campuses. She also works on the University website along with teaching a Creative Expressions Course both at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
She has a master’s degree in Political Science from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. She completed her bachelor’s degree with honours in Political Science from Miranda House, Delhi University. She is University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) qualified, in Political Science.
Prior to joining the University, she worked in publishing as an editor in Delhi for four years. She has also taught Political Science and worked with non-profit organisations to implement and monitor projects, including managing their social media presence. In addition, she has experience in subtitle work for films and documentary series. Her most recent projects include Forest Man of India: Jadav Payeng for a French television network and Boat Clinics in Assam for the BBC network.
She is a supreme plant enthusiast who also loves reading, writing, and doing freelance book reviews.
