Antoni is a part of the Placement cell at the University. He has also completed his Master’s in Development from Azim Premji University. Prior to this he was working in the area of Early Childhood Care and Education and Youth programs as a Senior Program Manager for 4.5 years.

He comes with diverse experience of working with a MNC for 5 years as a Developer and then had a short stint in the Typesetting Industry. He is also a Founder & Board member of a volunteer- based non-profit organization. His past experiences have helped him evolve into a skilled professional in various fields especially in Marketing Strategies, Campaign Management, Creative Team Leadership, Development of training materials for motivation & career guidance. Antoni has also gained expertise in Program design, planning and implementation at State level projects & interventions while working closely with Women and Child Development in Karnataka.
