Biography

Bhuvaneswari has a master’s in Speech Language Pathology from the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore and an MPhil and PhD from the Department of Studies in Psychology, University of Mysore. Her clinical work and teaching covers various domains such as early intervention, parent training, emergent literacy, language acquisition and disorders, linguistics, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and ADHD

She teaches in the master’s programme in Early Childhood Care and Education and the Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Teaching Children with Learning Disabilities in the School of Education. In addition to her teaching, she plays a key institutional role as the anchor for Disability Inclusion at the University, leading efforts to build a more accessible and supportive environment for students and members with disabilities at the Bengaluru campus.
