Balaji has over 26 years of Comprehensive experience in construction activities involving Tendering, Contracts, Procurement, Quantity Survey, Budget Monitoring, Project Management, Execution and Project Coordination etc.

His core functional strengths are in Contract Administration and Management, Cost Management, Quantity Survey, Budget Monitoring and Project Management.

He has handled various prestigious projects like Azim Premji University Project at Bangalore, EMCO Thermal Power plant project at Warora, Commercial buildings, Residential Apartment projects, Karnataka Bank Head Office building at Mangalore, Coorg Institute of Technology at Ponnumpet, etc. 

He is a Civil Engineering graduate from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore.
