Where should I go within Azim Premji University, once I reach?
Our exhibition spaces are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical abilities. The campus is wheelchair friendly and with clear wayfinding instructions.
For the Bengaluru Campus:
As you arrive, we request that you park your vehicle in the designated area near Gate 1. Our team will then record your registration and guide you towards the exhibition area.
To begin your journey, follow the pathway for about 100 metres and take a left turn near B1. to reach Seminar Hall 1, where we share the inspiring story of our forests. Upon exiting Seminar Hall 1, you will find signs pointing towards B5, which is where you will find an array of exciting activities and workshops. However, please note that some of these activities are age-specific, so we recommend referring to our detailed schedule to identify school and college-specific events that may be of interest to you.
From B5, it is just a short walk to the Welcome Centre and as you depart, we would like to express our gratitude for joining us on this exciting journey through our forests’ basins. A final group photograph will be shared amongst our school groups with an interactive note to reconnect with nature at any time.
We are thrilled to be expanding the reach of our festival this year, sharing stories of nature and its elements in two incredible cities. In Bengaluru, where the festival was first conceived, we’ll be showcasing innovative interactive exhibits to inspire our audience.
Meanwhile, in Bhopal — a city that holds a special place in the story of forest conservation — we are excited to invite school and college children not only from the city of lakes, but also from districts that are home to indigenous community members.
Join us between 2 November and 11 November 2023 in Bengaluru, and 1 December and 10 December 2023 in Bhopal, to experience the wonders of the Forests of Life festival.
- To attend the event, there is no registration fee. However, you can fill out a general information form which will be available on the website, to show your interest.
- From 1 October 2023, event-specific registrations will be open for all.
- Once you confirm your attendance, your entrance details will be shared at the Azim Premji University gate.
As a unique design installation on its own, Forests of Life adopts a wayfinding philosophy that considers every aspect of the design, from the choice of materials to the placement of each element, to ensure that it is visually striking and enhances the overall aesthetic of our campus, inspired by the forests of India.
