This course is envisaged as a culminating course from all the education courses and field practice experiences student-teachers would have had through the programme. The course will enable reflection on key questions about teaching, working with children and learning, school as organizational spaces, teacher-student relationships, subject-specific teaching, working with adolescents, and parent community. The course will be taught through the use of identified research papers and educational theory material that enable further enquiry and reflection on their own practice as to-be-teachers and teaching as a profession. This course will also include readings and discussions on education policies and the public schooling system in India.
