A 6 day certificate course
In this course, you will learn about workshop design and facilitation skills. The aim of the course is to help you conduct learning experiences in an effective, efficient, and appealing way in order to achieve intended learning outcomes. You will identify learning needs and design, develop and evaluate learning effectiveness. We use a guided discovery and practice process with learning scenarios and problems you bring from the classroom.
You will take away various templates, handouts and job-aids to understand the uses of learning collaterals. The course provides space and time for you to reflect, share, and build on experiences with class assignments, discussions, and engaging activities.
