The film is about the afterlife of technology across three villages in Odisha. In interviews a series of users in Odisha, who speak about unusable and ineffective solar panels that cannot be repaired. “The Government provided panels all over the district but never cared to maintain them, pushing the villages back into the dark conditions,” says Ramesh Kumar Suna, an energy trader in the area.
