Project: Survey on Rajasthan Urban Employment Scheme

The Centre for Sustainable Employment at the Azim Premji University along with the Indian Institute of Human Settlements, Bangalore, is conducting a survey on the Rajasthan Urban Employment Scheme. The survey will be conducted in 5 districts of Rajasthan during the month of August 2023.

To conduct the survey, we are looking to hire 1 field coordinator and 2 field supervisors. The positions are for a total term of 2 months starting from mid-July 2023. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily with both field supervisors (for Field Coordinator) and reporting to field coordinators (for Field Supervisors) as well as survey agency personnel to ensure smooth functioning of the survey.
• Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, survey instruments and data collection is administered as per protocol, along with daily data quality checks.
• Conducting interviews as needed with local authorities in the area, visiting municipal corporation offices, speaking to officials, recording information as needed.
• Reporting to the research team daily.
