The internship component of the Music Education OT involves a three-month engagement with a school (already associated with SaPa) in the seventh semester. The driving idea behind this is to help students get the hands-on experience they need to be employable as music educators in the schooling system. Students will put into practice all the skills learnt in the previous courses. Additionally, they will be invited to observe other classroom sessions, after which they will present their experiences and reflections.
