Biography

Radhika is a faculty with the School of Arts and Sciences.

She is the Programme Manager at the Undergraduate Programme at the University. She is developing curricula for Organisations and Management for the programme. She has many years of corporate experience in the area of marketing and strategy, and moved to the not for profit sector with the Azim Premji Foundation in the area of Teacher Education.

Her interests lie broadly in the area of development, equity and education. She also teaches in business management programmes for rural micro-enterprises to improve their profitability and viability through TREE Society. She has consulted with not for profit organisations on strategy and marketing and has written for publications on development.
