Biography
Garima started her career in Uttar Pradesh in 2009 and moved to Maharashtra in 2011, before joining the University in 2022. She worked as a faculty and research associate in an institute of higher learning in Mumbai for nine years.
She has rich exposure across diverse fields — Human Resources, Psychology, and Education.
She is a mental health and sustainable living enthusiast. She follows a personal lifestyle of zero cruelty and considers herself a learner and student for life. She wants to contribute meaningfully to society, especially in the field of women’s upliftment, education, and animal welfare. She is a core believer in the Buddhist philosophy of the Middle Path. She enjoys conversations and has also attended Human Process Laboratories conducted by the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).
She completed her schooling and graduation from Lucknow. She was working with a private university in Uttar Pradesh and was a core committee member with the value education cell for Human Values and Professional Ethics between 2009 – 2011.
In line with her spirit of continuous learning, she is currently pursuing Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
