Beetha Raman is part of Azim Premji University’s Admissions Outreach team.

Beetha holds a postgraduate diploma in journalism and mass communication from Madras University. 

She has 16 years of experience in India and the Middle East. She comes with work experience in shipping, airlines, recruitment, and the social sector, handling functions as diverse as talent acquisition, business development, customer service, and training. 

She also had a 5‑year stint in entrepreneurship as a master franchisee of a European women-only fitness brand. 

Prior to joining the University, Beetha was working as the talent acquisition manager with The Nudge Foundation, Bangalore.
