I work as Development Associate for InMotion - A financial technology start-up making financial stability a reality for daily wage communities. My work is purely field based and community oriented -- engaging with daily wage communities on daily basis, understanding their behavior for financial services, conducting research on different financial products available, informal channels of credit, savings potential, building community leaders through financial literacy and education who can drive the behavioural change and promote daily savings as key to financial stability. The core of my work is to build and engage community and promote secured livelihood opportunities through targeted and mission driven approach. Apart from my core area, I also help in financial product development, operations management, hiring and various other aspects in project management.

The program did cover a large part of various theories, practices and other relevant requirements that I encounter in my life after University.
