District Covid-19 Pandemic Response Plan: Azim Premji Foundation has developed a
District COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan, which brings together experts & practitioners
from relevant fields, with a set of guidelines to help Civil Society Organisations focus
their response to this unprecedented crisis, amplify efforts and provide adequate support.
The document spells out a series of responses and activities, on the humanitarian and health care side,
that can guide on the ground work. The District Covid-19 Pandemic Resource Plan can be accessed from
COVID-19-PHC Action Group, a voluntary group of public health researchers,
practitioners and experts committed to improving preparedness and action in rural
primary health care and community settings has created an extremely useful checklist
to assess whether our primary health centers – which may soon have to bear the brunt
of patients in the days to come – are ready to face the challenge.
