The University organizes talks by eminent scholars and social workers involved in education, development and related fields followed by interaction with students and faculty of the University and members of other units of Azim Premji Foundation. These colloquiums provide an opportunity for getting familiar with thoughts and ideas of thinkers and practitioners in the fields of education and development and facilitate open exchange of ideas.

    It was in Gudalur, an amazing landscape in the Nilgiri district of Tamil Nadu, that I did my two week field immersion. The exposure to the vast share of unseen indigenous knowledge and culture of the Adivasi community in Gudalur was an exciting experience.
